Emma has great fun explaining to her eight-year-old daughter about her diverse career over the past twenty plus years in different companies, countries and continents. She fixed laptops in her early days in IBM which causes a great giggle amongst her husband and daughter.  Following four years in IBM, she spent many exciting years in Australia and the south of France as a business consultant developing her love of growing people and businesses and watching them flourish. She returned to Ireland in 2005 to work as a senior consultant leading transformational change in companies and recognised her passion for innovation and change.

Emma joined PayPal in 2009 as a Senior Operations Manager and played a key role in embedding a coaching culture and growth mindset among Leaders. She was the ‘go to’ Coach for many.

Emma decided in 2017 to simplify her life, work closer to home and spend more time with her daughter Lily. As a qualified Life & Executive coach, Emma developed a set of coping mechanisms which personally worked for her to deal with life’s challenges. This led her to identify a gap in the market to take a whole person approach to feeling well, looking well and living well. This is when Simplicité  Wellbeing & Beauty Clinic in Straffan was born. Emma’s coaching practice is located in Straffan at Simplicité . Over the last few years Emma noticed that many her clients wanted to make substantial change but they were burnt out. Emma always had a keen interest in functional medicine , lifestyle and nutrition as a result of her own life experience and wanted to be in a position to coach clients to achieve optimum wellness and give them the energy and spark they had lost to make other substantial change. Emma qualified this year as a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach with the Institute of Health Sciences.
